Summer Superfood Recipes!

Overnight Berry Oats  Ingredients: ½ cup plain rolled oats ½ cup yogurt of choice ½ cup milk of choice 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp honey 1 cup mixed berries - e.g. blueberries, blackberries, raspberries  Direction: In a small container/cup, place oats and chia and mix. Pour in milk and mix through. Add yogurt and honey and mix.
