SuperFruit Summer Salad

Need a superfood refresher this summer? We’ve got you covered! Here’s a quick and simple way to prepare a summer fruit salad - made from our favorite superfoods. It’s the perfect way to glow from within!
- Brown sugar
- Fresh orange juice
First, just chop up all of your fruits. Feel free to customize this to your liking! Our personal favorite fruit in this yummy salad are oranges. Did you know oranges are not only tasty, but they also have high content levels of citric acid, aid in skin exfoliation, brighten the skin, repair damage, and improve the overall look of your skin?
After chopping your favorite fruits, toss them all into a bowl and sprinkle some brown sugar on top! This will give it a bit more texture, as well as satisfy that sweet tooth we all have.
