Michelle Phan - The Digital Trailblazer and Beauty Industry Pioneer who started making Youtube videos in 2007, now has a Youtube community of 8.9 million and counting. Michelle’s channel has more than 1.1 billion lifetime views, leaving her nominated for several Teen Choice Awards.  Phan also won the Shorty Award for Best Youtube Guru in 2014 for her informative tutorials. In 2011, Michelle co-founded a subscription service named MyGlam, which was later renamed Ipsy; the world's largest and most passionate online beauty community.  In 2015, she was listed on the Forbes 30 under 30 list. Later, Michelle launched Em Cosmetics, her own cosmetics brand that encourages everybody to “claim your power, share your art, and above all, rethink beauty.” Throughout her life and career, Michelle has stayed true to herself through art, beauty, passion, and hard work.
