A Berry Good Smoothie
Who doesn’t love a good smoothie? Mix 1 tbsp. of chia seeds, your milk of choice, a banana and your favorite type of berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.) into a blender and blend away!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Sweeter than Pumpkin Pie! This is such an easy dessert to make for any occasion. Simply toss in all the ingredients into a blender: pure pumpkin puree, ice, vanilla yogurt, your milk of choice, honey and pumpkin pie spice and pulse until smooth. Tip: add a dollop of whipped cream for the ultimate satisfaction!

Carrot Juice
Let’s juice it up! Add peeled + cut carrots (7 oz) and apples (7 oz), .25 oz of ginger, 1 tbsp of sugar and ice into a juicer and let it do its magic. Pour your juice and then add some mint on top to garnish for a dazzling touch.

Matcha Latte
A drink you will love so very matcha! Simply heat up 6 oz of your milk of choice and 1.5 tbsp. of matcha powder and mix until smooth. Top off with some honey or agave for an extra sweetness!
