I received a sample of this primer, and thought, oh well another to try. Wow, was I impressed! This primer blurs and provides a perfect foundation for make up. Love it. I can use with or without foundation. Does not settle in lines, does not “break apart” or cause “peeling” foundation. A true brightening effect. An absolute must for every make up bag."
