We’re here to share some delectable drink recipes that are super quick and easy to make that we know you will love! 


A Berry Good Smoothie

Who doesn’t love a good smoothie? Mix 1 tbsp. of chia seeds, your milk of choice, a banana and your favorite type of berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.) into a blender and blend away! 


Superfood Spotlight:

Chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants, minerals, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids to help boost brain function, promote heart health and to flush out toxins.


Pumpkin Pie Smoothie 

Sweeter than Pumpkin Pie! This is such an easy dessert to make for any occasion. Simply toss in all the ingredients into a blender: pure pumpkin puree, ice, vanilla yogurt, your milk of choice, honey and pumpkin pie spice and pulse until smooth. Tip: add a dollop of whipped cream for the ultimate satisfaction!

Pumpkins are rich in Vitamin A which helps reduce the risk of chronic diseases, boosts immunity, produces collagen and improves heart health.


Carrot Juice

Let’s juice it up! Add peeled + cut carrots (7 oz) and apples (7 oz), .25 oz of ginger, 1 tbsp of sugar and ice into a juicer and let it do its magic. Pour your juice and then add some mint on top to garnish for a dazzling touch.

Carrots are loaded with calcium and vitamins to help maintain blood sugar levels and to also help strengthen your bones. 


Ginger helps stimulate digestion, lowers blood pressure, reduces inflammation and more!  


Matcha Latte

A drink you will love so very matcha! Simply heat up 6 oz of your milk of choice and 1.5 tbsp. of matcha powder and mix until smooth. Top off with some honey or agave for an extra sweetness!
