Hot Chocolate 
Having a cup of delicious hot chocolate during the winter season is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit. But, did you know that you can incorporate Superfoods into hot chocolate? Yes, it’s true!

Here’s how
1. Add your milk of choice (2 cups) to a pot and bring to a boil
2. Lower to a simmer and stir in 2 tbsp of cacao powder
3. Mix in 1 tsp of maca powder, ¼ tsp of turmeric and ½ tsp of ground cinnamon
4. Add 1 tbsp of raw honey until everything is mixed together
5. Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and whip it together until everything is melted
6. Enjoy your delicious holiday drink!

Tomato & Barley Soup 
Who doesn’t love a nice bowl of warm and hearty tomato soup when it's chilly outside?

Instructions:
1. Make your quinoa as directed on your box
2. While your quinoa is cooking, chop and add your favorite Superfoods (Broccoli, onion, pepper and kale) to a skillet and let them cook
3. You can either eat it plain or make your own dressing by mixing olive oil, onion powder, mustard, lime juice and salt + pepper
4. Mix everything together and bon appetit!

Pesto Pasta
You can never go wrong with cooking pasta for dinner and this meal is perfect for eating on a cold, winter night.

How to:
1. Cook your favorite type of pasta as you normally would
2. Add cashews, spinach, kale, basil, hemp seeds, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil and salt to a food processor. Blend until a thick paste forms.
3. Add a little bit of water until everything is evenly combined
4. Add the pesto sauce and your favorite vegetables to your cooked pasta and enjoy!
